In a sentence, the punctuation marks add meaning, structure and space to the creativity of the words. This scaffolding gives security, room to digest and embrace the meaning. It gives power to choose how we respond to the words.
In fact, punctuation allows room to connect with the intention of the sentence’s author, who took the trouble to deliver the sentence to see where, what and how others might resonate with her words.
We all have punctuation points in our daily lives as we go along, we may not notice them and embrace them for the gifts that they provide.
